2. We start calling within 48 hours. Live reps reach out while the show is still fresh in the buyer's mind.
3. Qualify every lead. Each buyer is checked against your criteria, so only real prospects reach your reps.
4. Book the meeting. Qualified buyers go straight onto your reps' calendars, each with a prep packet.
5. Pay for what happens. $250 per held meeting. Missed guaranteed meetings are refunded in full.

How many meetings to expect

After a show, we guarantee meetings with 10% of your qualified badge scans. If you bring back 200 qualified scans, that's 20 guaranteed meetings, $5,000 prepaid. If we hold 18, you get $500 back.

Already past the show?

Scans from a show a few weeks ago are still worth calling. Buyers remember the booth, and most of the list has never heard from you. Send them over and we'll tell you what's realistic.
