How it works

  1. Set your criteria. In a 45-minute kickoff we agree on titles, company size, industries and accounts to skip.
  2. Build the list. We work from the show's registrant list (with your permission), last year's badge scans, speakers and sponsors.
  3. Call and book. Live reps call on your behalf, qualify each buyer and book a time at your booth or a nearby meeting room.
  4. Show up prepared. Every meeting lands on your calendar with a prep packet: why they booked, what to ask and the likely objection.
  5. Pay for what happens. You're billed $250 only for meetings that are held.

When to start

Most campaigns start calling 4 to 8 weeks before the show. That's close enough that buyers have their travel set, and early enough to fill the best time slots. If your show is sooner, call us anyway. We can still fill part of the calendar.

Who it's for

Companies exhibiting at environmental, health, safety and quality (EHSQ) shows, such as the NSC Safety Congress and Expo, ASSP Safety and AIHce, plus regional safety conferences. It works best when one new customer is worth $10,000 or more to you.
