These terms apply when you use showboundmeetings.com and any related pages (the "site"), run by Showbound Meetings LLC ("Showbound Meetings," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Our services are under a separate agreement
The site describes our meeting-booking service. The service itself, including the guarantee, refunds, dispute window and pricing, is governed only by a signed Services Agreement and order form between Showbound Meetings and a client. If anything on the site differs from a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls. Nothing on the site is an offer that you can accept just by using the site.
2. Information on the site
We work to keep the site accurate and current, but it is for general information. Figures in sample screens and diagrams are examples, not results from a specific client. Industry statistics are credited to their sources. Results depend on each show, list and market, and past results don't guarantee future ones, except for what a signed agreement guarantees.
3. Booking a call
When you book a call, you use a scheduling page run by Google, and Google's terms and privacy policy also apply. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you give us.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, getting around its security, scraping it with automated tools, or using it to send spam or anything unlawful.
5. Our content
The site's text, design and graphics belong to Showbound Meetings or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Other names and trademarks belong to their owners.
6. Links to other sites
The site links to other services, such as our booking page and sources we cite. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise the site will always be available or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Showbound Meetings is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. This section does not limit anything in a signed Services Agreement.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
